Mens Free One Week Fitness Plan
These programs are specifically designed for entrepreneurs, creatives, artists, etc. Meaning the training philosophy of these plans has a main focus on:
1. Aesthetics - Your personal brand is everything, especially in today's digital age. I've studied and implemented what it truly means to have an "attractive" physique. Emphasis on the "superhero" muscles: shoulders, upper chest, quads, calves, lats. These plans are tailored to achieve that physique.
2. Functionality/Strength - There's a mix of strength building, and muscle building rep ranges to promote muscle confusion and overall help you build strength while achieving hypertrophy to build lean muscle mass.
3. Mental Toughness - These workouts aren't easy. There are drop sets, low rest times, supersets, etc. How you do one thing is how you do everything and I believe by pushing yourself as hard as you can every day in the gym will have a tremendous carryover to your business endeavors.
